Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I just upload any size photo or design?
A: We recommend uploading high-resolution photos for your canvas. High-res photos will give you the sharpest prints possible. Also, don’t forget to match the shape of your upload to the shape of your canvas, to avoid any white margins.
Q: Does my uploaded photo/design receive a quality check before you print my canvas wraps?
A: Yes, each uploaded image receives a quality check before we print, if we think it will print pixelated we will contact you.
Q: Are adhesives included in my canvas wrap order?
A: No. While all our canvas prints do come with built-in hangers, they do not include adhesives.
Q: What canvas sizes do you offer:
A: We currently offer sizes: 18x24" / 24x36" / 32x48"
Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: No, currently we only ship inside the US.
